About me

Rohan Phillips

I completed a Certificate II in Creative Photography and a Certificate IV in Photo-Imaging in 2005, at the Centre for Creative Photography in Adelaide. Throughout the years, I’ve also been fortunate to receive a number of awards for my work.

Like most young boys, I was always obsessed with anything and everything that had wheels and an engine; in particular cars and trucks. As my photography technique and knowledge improved, I began writing and photographing numerous articles for Truckin’ Life magazine. Pretty much any red-blooded male loves fast cars, and after a few years of photographing trucks, I was excited to start shooting heavily modified feature cars and events for automotive magazines.

I’ve had my images and writing featured in a wide variety of publications, including Truckin' Life, Extreme Performance, Street Commodores, Hot 4s, Street Fords, Zoom, Truck Search, High Performance Imports, Power Torque, Australian Street Rodding, Heavy Duty Hot Rods, Fast Fours & Rotaries, Performance Street Car, Caravan & Motorhome, Hospital and Healthcare, UK Firefighter, SA Life, The Advertiser and The Australian. My work has also appeared in assorted promotional posters and brochures for architecture and interior design companies, advertising campaigns for Mack Trucks and Cummins, as well as various web pages such as the official Mack, Woodhead, Affordable Tiles and Best Driver Jobs websites.
